At SkySh, we are dedicated to providing high-quality activewear. If you receive an item that is defective or torn, you can return it within **7 days** of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Conditions for Returns:

- Returns are accepted only for items that are defective or torn upon arrival.

- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

- Final sale items cannot be returned.

Return Process:

1. Access our returns portal using your order ID and email.

2. Select the defective or torn item(s) you wish to return.

3. Print the return shipping label provided via email.

 Return Shipping Charges:

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

- For prepaid customers, the return shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

- For cash-on-delivery (COD) customers, refunds will be issued as store credits.
