SKYSH Return and Exchange Policy

1. Return Policy:

• Request Period: You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Condition: Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
• Refunds: We process refunds in the form of store credit after deducting INR 100 for return shipping.
• Policy Duration: Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a store credit or exchange.
• Return Process: To start a return, log in to your account and raise a return request. If your return is accepted, we will arrange for it to be picked up within 2-4 days.

2. Exchange Policy:

• Exchanges: In order to provide you with a hassle-free shopping experience, we offer free exchanges. This means that if you place an order and you are not satisfied with the products received, we will cover the cost of shipping you new items, whereas you will cover the cost of shipping the return items. After sending the product back to us, if you would like to order after some time, a store credit of equal value will be reserved. For a single order, only one exchange is available; after that, a delivery fee will be charged.
• Different Color / Product Exchange: Only exchange to a different size is allowed.

4. Cancellation Policy:

• Conditions: Cancellation is only possible if the products have not been shipped. Once shipped, cancellation requests are not valid.
